We ship products by the fastest possible route it may be by road, or by air depending on the location. We try to deliver the product within 4-5 days in any part of India.

Once order is received we dispatch the order within 12 hours. Tracking details will be updated in your ‘My orders’ section. The ordered products will reach you within 4-5 days for any location withen India. [ Note: We do not ship outside India. ]

We use highly secure channels for accepting payments. You can pay for your order using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, etc. In case of any problem related to unsuccessful payment please send the details to care@huelovfamily.com our team will assist you to resolve the issue.

You can return products purchased from us within 15 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable items such as wet wipes, innerwear and jewellery, free gifts as well as food items can’t be returned. Items on ‘final sale’ are also not eligible for returns. To return a product, please visit your Orders page.

To check the status of your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Huelov Family account. Tap the order you’d like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with tracking details. You can also track the package on our courier partner’s website by using the link mentioned in the SMS.

To cancel your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Huelov Family account. View the ‘Order Details’ of the order you want to cancel and tap ‘Cancel’.

For replacement of an delivered item, you are requested to place an new order. Simulatniously please place a return request for the original product/s and take refund back to your bank account. Post pick up completed refund will be provided within 5-7 working days.
